RIISS00064 is a single unit: RIICWD538 Prepare traffic management plans and traffic guidance schemes for high volume roads.
It is an add-on to the base designer set. Sat alone it gives you high volume plan preparation with no underlying design capability. Hold RIISS00063 or RIISS00056 first.
