BSB80120 is the qualification for the person who owns learning at an organisational level. The register describes “highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development”, held by individuals who “initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions” with “full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others”.

Only eight units, but at AQF 8 — three core and five electives.
