About this qualification

BSB60420 is for people who already lead. The register describes individuals applying “specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management”, using initiative and judgement with “accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters”.

Only ten units — five core and five electives. It is one of the smallest qualifications at AQF 6, because it assumes you arrive with the operational skills already in place.
