About this qualification
CUA20225 covers work across the creative industries: entertainment customer service, staging, television and radio production, broadcasting, lighting and sound, theatre, scenery and set construction, and screen and media.
Only 3 units are core — working effectively with others, creative arts industry knowledge, and WHS. Everything that makes the qualification specific comes from the 7 electives, chosen from a bank of 66.
That structure means two holders can have almost nothing in common. Someone who took lighting and sound electives and someone who took set construction electives both hold CUA20225. Ask a provider which electives they run.
Ten units in total: 4 electives must come from the listed bank, and the remaining 3 may come from any currently endorsed training package qualification or accredited course.
