About this qualification
TLI40122 is for specialist driving roles — the register talks about a broad range of technical and skilled application in a specific area, including evaluating and analysing current practice.
The core adds low risk heavy vehicle driving behaviours and safety requirements written specifically for driving operations. Beyond that the qualification runs on specialist elective groups, and you complete every unit in the group you pick.
Twelve units: five core, one full specialist group, and five or six general electives depending on the group.
